ARC/STSA Student Scholoarship

The ARC/STSA Scholarship Program is designed to assist AST or ASA student members pursuing their education in CAAHEP-accredited surgical technology or surgical assisting programs. Up to 10 scholarships of $500 will be awarded to students this year.

Award Amount:  $500

Scholarship Deadline: Tuesday, February 28, 2023

Scholarship Eligibility Requirements: 

  • Currently Enrolled and Maintaining a Cumulative 3.0 or Higher GPA
  • Submit an essay
  • Letter of recommendation from your program director^

Accreditation

The online surgical technology degree completion program is awarded through Concorde's Kansas City campus. Concorde Career College-Kansas City is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC), an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Distance education programs are approved by the Missouri Coordinating Board for Higher Education to participate in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA). With this approval, Concorde Career College, Kansas City is authorized to offer distance education programs to students residing in all participating states. NC-SARA is a voluntary, regional approach to state oversight of postsecondary distance education.
