Founded in 1955
Concorde – North Hollywood originated as Valley College of Medical and Dental Careers in 1955. Concorde Career Colleges Inc. acquired the college in 1986 and in 1989, the campus name changed to Concorde Career Institute. In 1997, the campus moved to its current location in North Hollywood. Approval to grant Associate’s Degrees occurred in 1999. In 2005, the campus name changed to Concorde Career College.

- Students are developed in their understanding and application of scheduling and receiving patients, preparing and maintaining medical records, patient intake processing and assisting physicians with examinations and treatments.
- Earn you Medical Office Administration diploma in as few as eight months.

- Hands-on coursework is emphasized in accounts receivable and payable, billing and collection, payroll and taxes, records management and insurance claims processing.

- Concorde’s Physical Therapist Assistant training provides theoretical and hands-on training that helps you become a confident professional. Coursework emphasizes helping patients perform prescribed exercises, use of health care equipment to aid patient recovery and observing and reporting on patient status and progress.

- Earn your Respiratory Therapy degree in as few as 18 months.
- Concorde prepares you for a career supporting improved respiratory function through hands-on coursework that directly applies to your real-world work setting. The curriculum focuses on chest physiotherapy, oxygen therapy, pulmonary function testing and ventilator and airway management.
- This program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC).
- Complete your Surgical Technologist training in as few as 16 months.
- Concorde prepares you for the operating room through hands-on training that is directly applied to real-world surgical functions. The curriculum focuses on patient care, sterile field preparation, passing instruments, surgical field maintenance and surgeon assistance.
- This program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) as recommended by the Accreditation Review Council on Education in Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (ARC/STSA).
- Earn your Vocational Nurse diploma in as few as 13 months.
- Concorde prepares you for a career in Vocational Nursing through hands-on training in a real-world classroom. Once the program is completed, you may qualify to sit for the NCLEX-PN exam.
- You can graduate equipped with transferable clinical knowledge and skills through a focus on preventative nursing care, therapeutic nursing care, rehabilitative care, restorative care and nursing interventions.
