DENVER, July 30, 2026 – Concorde Career Colleges, the healthcare division of Universal Technical Institute, Inc., today announced Oluyemi “Yemi” Awolola as Campus President for its Denver location.
“Yemi has an impressive background in building cohesive leadership teams with shared, campus-wide priorities that consistently drive student and graduate success. His data-driven decision making, combined with both operational and academic leadership experience makes him an invaluable addition to our team,” said Kevin Prehn, President of Concorde Career Colleges.
Awolola brings over 20 years of higher education experience in campus leadership and academic affairs. He began his career as an instructor and has since held key leadership roles, including program director, academic dean and campus president, including most recently as Executive Director of Northbridge University’s Tampa campus. Awolola holds a Master of Science in Education Technology from Strayer University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Biology from University of Missouri–Columbia.

The Concorde-Denver campus recently relocated from Aurora, offering a larger, industry-aligned training facility with capacity to serve 200 additional students. The Denver campus also launched a pharmacy technology program and has plans underway to expand their dental hygiene clinic, which supports students’ education and provides low-cost preventative care for area residents.
