Dental Assistants provide both clinical and administrative support in a dental office through tasks such as managing patient charts, scheduling appointments, taking X-rays, sterilizing equipment, and many other responsibilities. Dental hygienists perform cleanings and educate patients regarding general oral care and individualized dental health plans.
