Kozet Patric Boyd was an accomplished Respiratory Therapist with 20 years of experience in the field at Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles.
Kozet enjoyed training Respiratory Therapy students in the hospital setting and always knew teaching was her ultimate calling.
Kozet joined Concorde’s North Hollywood campus as a Respiratory Therapy instructor in November 2003.
For the next 11 years, Kozet trained 1,120 students to be Respiratory Therapists while exemplifying Concorde’s Mission and Values. She set high standards and expectations for her students and her class was affectionately known as “RT Boot Camp.”
At her funeral hundreds of current and former students came to pay their respects to this amazing instructor who gave herself completely to helping each student improve their lives.
