Program Length

18 Months (70 Weeks)

Current Vocational/Practical Nurses

Applicants who pass the National Council Licensure Examination-PN (NCLEX-PN) exam and hold an active, unrestricted license for practical/vocational nursing may be admitted as a bridge student and be awarded academic credit for ASN100, ASN110 and ASN150 and instead must take ASN180.


Upon successful completion of ASN180, they will be awarded 16 credits and given credit for 105 theory hours, 90 lab hours, and 270 clinical hours.



Approved by the Florida Department of Health Division of Medical Quality Insurance, Florida Board of Nursing. As of 2/26/14, pursuant to subsection 464.019 (6) (a) 2, F.S., Concorde Career Institute has been placed on probationary status until the program achieves a graduate passage rate that equals or exceeds the required passage rate for any one calendar year.
