What you can learn

You can be ready to apply your classroom skills and theory on Day 1 in your polysomnographic technologist role. And you can prepare to pursue your Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) credential to enter this exciting field. Curriculum focuses on the following areas:

  • Support physicians in diagnosing sleep disorders
  • Gather and analyze information during sleep tests
  • Monitor brain waves, eye movements, muscle activity, breathing and blood oxygen levels during sleep
  • Assist patients in using PAP and Servo ventilation therapy that can improve their quality of sleep
