President and Chief Operations Officer

Jami Frazier serves as President and Chief Operations Officer and has 20 years’ experience in education. Prior to her current role, Jami served as the Sr. Vice President of Operations, Vice President – Central Region, Kansas City Campus President and Vice President of Student Affairs. Jami joined Concorde Career Colleges Inc. in November 2007 as the National Director of Student Services. Prior to Concorde, Jami spent eight years serving in the higher education division of Kaplan Inc. During her tenure there, Jami’s roles included Director of Finance, Director of Financial Aid, Director of Operations and Campus President. Prior to her time in proprietary postsecondary education, she worked in secondary education for ACCESS, a nonprofit organization. As an ACCESS Advisor, Jami facilitated after-school mentoring programs, college visits and advising sessions for college admittance.

Jami holds a degree from the University of Nebraska in Human Resources with an emphasis in Family and Consumer Sciences.


Chief Financial and Administrative Officer

Juli Fisher serves as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for Concorde and is responsible for all financial aspects of the college as well as handling collections, purchasing, IT and facilities. Juli joined Concorde in February 2014 with over 20 years of finance and accounting experience in a broad range of industries, including health care. She started her career in public accounting with a specialization in managing financial institutions before moving into the private industry, in roles ranging from Director of Accounting to Controller and CFO. She has experience working within both large- and medium-sized organizations, including H&R Block, Lab One, Rehab Designs of America, NextMedia, BankLine Holding Company and, most recently, NetSmart Technologies.

Juli is a CPA and has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Kansas State University


Vice President of Operations

Tommy Stewart serves as Vice President of Operations and has over 28 years’ experience in the industry, all with Concorde. Starting with Concorde as an admissions representative in 1990, he quickly became the Director of Admissions. Prior to his current role, Tommy has served as a Regional Vice President of Operations and Campus President of the Memphis Campus. During his time as Campus President, Tommy served a two-year term as President of the Tennessee Association of Independent Colleges and Schools (TAICS) and led multiple initiatives including overseeing the awarding of the first grant ($500,000) by the Memphis Bioworks Foundation to a proprietary school in the city. Prior to joining Concorde, Tommy worked in the land acquisition business as the National Sales Manager for National American Corporation leading a division of 50+ associates.

Tommy holds a degree from Phillips College in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing and Development.


Vice President of Academic Affairs

Graham serves as the Vice President of Academic Affairs, with over 20 years’ experience in higher education, Graham oversees all aspects of academic quality and operations. Graham started his career in education supporting students and faculty at Washington State University. Prior to joining Concorde in 2015, Graham spent 14 years with Kaplan University holding roles including Academic Dean, Campus President, Group Director of Education, and while in Australia, National Director of Operations.

Graham holds a Master of Arts in Learning Technologies from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
