San Bernardino’s Vocational Nursing department experienced the honor of being recognized for academic excellence. In March, the Mayor of San Bernardino commended the Vocational Nursing Program for their outstanding achievements in educating students and their efforts to maximize community outreach efforts.
The department’s dedication to training and education helps prepare students to pass licensing examinations and in turn enjoy successful employment. Vocational nurses are an important and integral part of the nursing community, and the continued success of San Bernardino’s Vocational Nursing program allows for the placement of highly qualified staff into area hospitals, long-term care facilities and other healthcare agencies.
“I would like to thank Councilman Chas Kelley for his support of Concorde and for bestowing this honor on our vocational nursing program. Our faculty and staff in vocational nursing are truly an asset and I thank them for their dedication to excellence,” - Fred Faridian, Campus President at Concorde Career College San Bernardino.
