Concorde Career College to Receive Distinguished Respiratory Award

Memphis, TN (April 2012) - Concorde Career Colleges Inc. announced today that its Memphis campus has been recognized by the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) to receive the Distinguished RRT Credentialing Success Award.

"This award recognizes our entire staff, student body and Respiratory Therapy graduates," stated Campus President Tommy Stewart. "It speaks highly of the way we conduct business and to the success our graduates are having in the respiratory field."

According to CoARC President Stephen L Mikles, award winners like Concorde are required to meet or exceed established CoARC thresholds for CRT credentialing success, attrition and positive job placement. Additional requirements include having three or more years of outcome data, holding accreditation without a progress report and RRT credentialing success of 90% or above.

Concorde's Memphis campus will receive the certificate of recognition during the American Association for Respiratory Care's summer forum, to be held July 13-15 in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
